Medical Management Committee

Medical Management Committee consults with the Medical Director on items related to delegated medical management, including changes to the standard InterQual standards used for utilization management. Committee members also weigh in on the Pay-for-Performance measures we establish with payors and are heavily involved in shaping the HPHO’s evolving clinical integration initiatives. The HPHO Medical Director, Dr. Stephen Upham, chairs the committee and reports to the HPHO Board of Directors on a regular basis.
